Add 1 teaspoon of Happy-T to one cup of boiled water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon for a magical colour change from blue/green to purple/pink. Caffeine-free — enjoy any time of day. Approximately 30–40 cups per pack.
