Add 1 teaspoon of Panic Attack-T to one cup of boiled water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Sip slowly. My tip: breathe in deeply for 4 seconds, hold for 4, breathe out for 6 — repeat 4 times while holding your cup in both hands. Approximately 30–40 cups per pack.
